Cave of the Seven Sleepers, Story of the 7 sleepers - the outline of the story is that during the persecutions of the Roman emperor Decius around 250 seven young men were accused of Christianity and therefore God saves them persecution of pagans and for 309 years they fell asleep and when they awoke they imagined that they had slept but only for one day. After you have taken in the sights your Ephesus Tour guide will give you approx one hour free time to stroll at your leisure or relax have some refreshments in cafe.

Our tour comes to an end in the Mosque of Isa Bey which was built in the 19th century, it was also used as a caravanserai and certainly is a perfect architectural piece and is a must-see!
